What does the $800 installation include?
The standard installation includes two humidity sensors, two water sensors, and one hub installed. Your annual care plan is separate. Additional sensors, equipment, or work carry added costs and are quoted separately.
Are the $1,500, $3,000, and $5,000 prices annual?
Yes. These are annual plan prices. With the $800 standard installation, first-year totals are $2,300, $3,800, or $5,800, before extras and any applicable taxes. The $1,500 plan includes one inspection per year; the $3,000 plan includes two; and the $5,000 plan includes four. Every inspection comes with a report.
Can I add sensors for a larger crawl space?
Yes. Separate crawl-space areas, additional leak sources, and your property’s layout may call for more equipment. Extra sensors and installation work are priced separately after reviewing your needs.
Does monitoring prevent leaks or detect mold?
No. Humidity sensors measure conditions in the air, and water sensors detect liquid that reaches their sensing contacts. Monitoring does not prevent water damage, detect mold, or replace an inspection or repair.
What does the hub need to work?
The standard connected setup needs power and a working internet connection. We review connectivity and sensor reception during setup. Loss of power, internet, or device communication can interrupt remote readings and alerts.
Are repairs and emergency response included?
Repairs and additional work are quoted separately. Monitoring is not a promise of immediate emergency dispatch or continuous staffed response. Your service agreement defines review hours, inspections, and response arrangements.
